Our company has been incorporated by founding partner and Sworn Tax Advisor M.Maruf Zenger in year 2005.
 

M.Maruf Zenger (Partner, Sworn Tax Advısor)

He graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU), Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences in 1987.

He started to work for Ministry of Finance, as Assistant Revenue Controller, in 1988. He was authorized to conduct tax audits as well as the inspection of the transaction of tax offices. He left Ministry of Finance when he was working as Revenue Controller at the beginning of year 1999. He worked for KPMG in tax department as Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager and Partner respectively, between January 1999-August 2005. During his work for KPMG, he provided tax compliance, tax consultancy and due diligence services. He is specialized in tax services for multinational companies and cross border tax issues. He was also engaged in tax consultancy services (IES) for expatriates who working for these multinational companies. He was engaged in tax due diligence services for merger & acquisition projects which include important privatization projects such as Tekel, Tüpraş and Erdemir. He has attended several tax seminars held by KPMG in abroad.

He left KPMG in 2005 and incorporated Irmak Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Ltd.Şti. as partner at the same year.

He has been awarded “Sworn Tax Advisor” title in 1999.

He is fluent in English.

He is married and he has two daughters.
